Prayer Warrior Faith Dex Kit

What is a Faith Dex Card? Is a four inch wide card (about the size of a 4x6 index card) with holes in the bottom to place in a Rolodex  rotating file device or a Rolodex box. I made the box below with a $1.99 box from Hobby Lobby and two paper craft straws.  Cheap enough to make a box for different themes.
